Registrations are now open for the Preventive Mental Health Conference 2026. Below is an outline of the registration types and costs. ​

Early Bird Registrations will close on Thursday 18 December 2025 at 11.59pm AEDT.

What is included in the F2F Conference registration fee?

We will be providing you with our traditional two-day conference format, which includes live plenary and concurrent sessions.

 

Delegates will also be able to attend the welcome reception and visit the exhibition space located at the venue in the catering area. In addition to the face-to-face components, you will also have access to the Plenary Hub.​

​

Please note:​

  • All prices are in AUD and GST inclusive.

  • If you are registering as a full-time student, you may be asked to show evidence of your full-time student status. 

  • To be eligible for the member rate you must be a current financial member of the PHAA. Please assist us by checking your status before registering.

  • Face-to-face delegates will also receive full access to the 'Plenary Hub' as part of their registration.​​

What is included in the Plenary Hub registration fee?

The plenary hub experience will include the below:​

  • Live streamed plenary sessions

  • Written questions to keynote speakers through the live Q&A function

  • Plenary session recordings available on demand for 3 months following the conference

  • Delegate hub (ability to connect with other delegates)

  • Sponsor & exhibitor information

 

The plenary hub experience will not include:

  • Recorded or live concurrent sessions

  • Sponsor & exhibitor interaction

  • Virtual networking sessions

Please note:​

  • No earlybird rate is available for plenary hub registrations.

Group Registration 

 

Organisations will be able to arrange group bookings and invoices. This includes managing registrations and payments for multiple registrations (i.e. 2 or more delegates). 

 

Please note, if you have a PHAA Organisation membership, a maximum of two people from the organisation are eligible to register at the PHAA member rate. To be eligible for the member rate your organisation must be a current financial member of the PHAA. Please assist us by checking your status before registering.

As a Group Coordinator you will first need to create a login. Then you will be able to register and manage attendees.
